Millwright
Direct Hire
Shift : 1st Shift 7am 3 : 30Pm Monday through Friday
Pay : Up to $32 an hour
Responsibilities Include :
- Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions.
- Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training.
- Read and follow all job-related work instructions.
- Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees.
- Daily inspections of plant and machinery specifically bearings, gear reducers, belts, couplings, and alignment and repair of same including completion of daily check list.
- Rebuild equipment as needed.
- Maintain shot blasts and associated equipment (Dust Collectors etc.)
- Make necessary building repairs.
- Install new equipment as needed.
- Fabricate from wood or steel any new or replacement equipment from design drawings or instruction.
- Ability to weld and do layout work as well as torch cutting.
- Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
- Repair yard cranes (except electrical)
- Must have ability to complete rigging tasks.
- Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift and / or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department.
