Well-established law firm seeks an accomplished attorney with a strong background in Family Law to join their recognized practice.
This opportunity is perfect for an attorney looking to build their practice with a reputable law firm. Candidates must have experience with all aspects of Family Law litigation from initial filing through post-judgment.
Attorneys can expect to manage their own caseload, counseling and representing high net-worth individuals in divorce, custody arrangements, division of assets, and related disputes.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in Family Law
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
- Draft various legal correspondence, prepare and participate in hearings and court appearances, and provide guidance to clients throughout the processes
- Ability to manage multiple cases through varying stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Interest in and aptitude for networking and marketing
- Experience with Trust & Estates is a plus
