In this remote role , you'll play a pivotal role overseeing grant-related finances, ensuring compliance, and supporting efficient operations.
You'll work with a dedicated team to manage a high volume of grants (120!), ensuring accurate reporting and financial analysis.
Here's what you'll bring to the table :
- Grant Expertise : 3+ years of experience with federal / state grant accounting is a must.
- Financial Acumen : Strong accounting background with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and motivate a team (bonus points!).
- Analytical Prowess : Excel pro with the ability to analyze complex data and generate clear reports.
- Team Player : Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
