The Graphic Designer will assist in developing graphic design and production initiatives for Zaxby's brand. Key responsibilities include designing and producing branded creative materials (print, web, signage, packaging), adhering to brand guidelines and standards, and managing production processes as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following :
- Develop high-quality brand creative for both internal and external purposes including print, outdoor, packaging, events materials, and web
- Contribute to the development and compliance monitoring of brand guidelines and marks
- Design creative based on project briefings
- Manage production process for all assigned projects
- Collaborate with vendors and provide files according to specifications
- Partner with various departments at ZFL for the development of all associated materials
- Supervise and coach future graphic design team
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Less than 50% required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for design and visual identity
- Understanding of marketing principles and brand messaging
- Experience in building both print and digital files
- Positive attitude, self-starter, creative, organized, attention-to-detail
- Must be a problem solver and critical thinker
- Experience in photography, directing photo shoots, and photo editing
- Expert in Adobe design software : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
Experience : 3+ years of experience in graphic design including print, outdoor, packaging, events materials, and web
