Roles and Responsibilities :

Our client is looking for :

Looking for a bubbly personality, someone who is confident in making phone calls, and who has attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who would do well in screening and sharing resumes with the hiring managers. He / she will be calling candidates to phone screen, send applications, and schedule onsite interviews and other simple admin tasks.

  • Greet employees who walk into HR and take messages for the two HR Business Partners.
  • Set up the interview rooms (Find the resume on the Outlook calendar and print it before the scheduled interview time)
  • Greet candidates in the lobby and bring them to the interview rooms.
  • E-file pre-employment documents (application, onboarding etc)
  • In spare time, in the afternoons, assist with organizing the paper file room.
  • Other small miscellaneous office duties.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Job Requirements :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Requirements : One year general office experience including six months of Human Resources experience or equivalent related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.

Must have general computer proficiency and experience using : Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook. HRIS experience preferred.

Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

The pay range for this position is $ $ per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
