The Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship Director will have a primary appointment in the Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pediatric Pain Medicine, specifically the section on Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia.
The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology critically supports a shared academic mission with the Department of Anesthesiology by providing clinical, educational, and research training to medical students, Anesthesiology residents, and Pediatric Anesthesiology fellows.
The Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship director would work closely with the Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship director in order to develop, oversee, and improve the fellowship program, implement changes based on the current accreditation requirements, and prepare for accreditation, accreditation site visits, and reviews.
The Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship Director will also provide wellness, diversity, equity and inclusion, and mentoring opportunities for the advanced Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology fellows.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, intellectually curious, clinically skilled, motivated for life-long learning, and able to communicate with multi-disciplinary team members effectively.

Basic Qualifications
- Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred.
- Advanced training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology
