What you will be doing as a Staff Accountant II
- Support the creation of comprehensive financial reports, such as the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews, for presentation to executive management and stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance processes and procedures to maintain the integrity of accounting records.
- Manage the accounting records, including journal entries, intercompany adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations for various entities.
- Execute month-end closing tasks, including accruals, lease and fixed asset accounting, and balance sheet / income statement reconciliations.
- Assist in treasury functions, including managing cash for over 150 accounts.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and assignments as needed.
What you need to bring to the table as a Staff Accountant II .
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of related experience
- CPA or CPA in progress
- Advanced technical, excel skills
