Job Summary : As a Quality Technician at Reader Precision Solutions, your role is vital for ensuring precise and excellent products. You will conduct detailed inspections, use precision measuring tools, and interpret prints to meet design specifications. Collaborating with production teams and engineers, you will address quality concerns, identify deviations, and maintain accurate records. Ensuring equipment calibration and contributing to continuous improvement are key responsibilities. If you're detail-oriented, have strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, this position allows you to apply your experience and make a significant impact in our commitment to excellence.

Shifts Available :

2nd Shift : 3 : 00PM - 11 : 30PM

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Quality Inspection :

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts and components to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and other quality parameters.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with production teams to address and resolve issues.
