A global Payments firm is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in various U.S. payment systems, including FedNow, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, and other payment rails.
This role requires a deep understanding of payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions to support our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience with U.S. payment systems such as FedNow, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, and other relevant payment rails.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations on payment processes, innovations, and improvements to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all payment processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective payment solutions that meet client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on payment-related queries, offering technical support and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of payment processes, procedures, and project updates. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the payments industry, with hands-on expertise in FedNow, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, and other U.S. payment systems.
- Proficiency in payment processing platforms, financial technologies, and related software applications.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payment regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
