Duties and Responsibilities
- Support OEM and distributor product commercialization.
- Support private label and distributor label packaging process.
- Organize and plan launch checklists with weekly check-ins on progress.
- Partner with internal OEM and distribution team.
- Support forecasting for new distributor and OEM business.
- Liaison effectively with global stakeholders across several departments in McKinney (company headquarters) to bring plans to completion.
- Update internal ERP software to reflect current product packaging and labeling and other specifications.
- Execute Change Requests (CRs) to support launches and product updates as needed across the StatLab product portfolio.
- Travel 10-15% is required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Comfortable working independently.
- 1-2 years as a product specialist, marketing specialist or similar role.
- Ability to execute a product launch plan with managerial support.
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent skills working with MS office, including excel spreadsheets and power point.
- Strong drive to complete projects as specified by manager.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity to understand business priorities and processes, and how IT can enable success and generate business value.
- Possesses a detail-oriented, get-it-done mindset and demonstrates ROI awareness.
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include but are not limited to : sitting / stooping / ; and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
- Position typically spends approximately 75% of time sitting at a desk and 25% standing or walking.
- Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low. May occasionally be required to work, walk, and interact in other environments such as a warehouse or production facility where the noise level is high.
