Senior Development & Property Accountant Boston Real Estate Firm $110k / year
A Boston-based real estateinvestment and development firm is looking for a Senior Development &Property Accountant to join the team.
The position includes overseeingaccounting functions for a portfolio of mixed-use properties and developmentprojects, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, job cost tracking, andmore.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of real estate accountingexperience, strong ERP software skills (preferably Yardi Voyager), andexceptional organizational abilities.
The role offers up to $110k base salary,a 10% bonus, a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), 100%covered health, dental, and vision insurance, and free parking.
