- Quickbooks Experience : 3+ years (Required)

Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Responsibilities to include daily invoicing, experience generating and exporting, as well as formatting reports from Quickbooks.
Experience in journal entries and knowledge of normal balance, asset, and liability expenses and revenue accounts. A successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
Skills
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts payable clerk or General Ledger Accounting Clerk
- Quickbooks Experience a must
- Hospitality Industry a plus
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, database and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
- High school degree
