What you will do :

  • Develop strategic sales plans for Calcium designed to achieve growth, and managed via data and evidence
  • Lead, engage, and guide a highly motivated team as well as being an individual contributor
  • Source, qualify, and drive B2B contracts to close to attain Revenue and MAU (Monthly Average Users) targets
  • Oversee and direct the team’s implementation of these sales strategies, including management of the sales pipeline, identify customer needs, develop collateral, take ownership of the development and execution of the sales planning calendar, make real-time adjustments as required and leverage key learnings going forward
  • Hire, train and mentor a team of sales employees at all levels reporting to you
  • Assume fiscal responsibility for budget reporting and monitoring
  • Produce and deliver executive reports identifying areas of opportunity and risk, budgetary spend, ROI and growth against target
  • Work closely with and develop strong relationships with the Product teams
  • Be the sales authority and contributing member of the leadership team

A bit about you :

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, a related field or relevant experience
  • 12+ years of sales experience
  • Healthcare, preferably provider, and SaaS experience required
  • Experience selling in the healthcare industry, strong networking capability to providers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Experience in successfully growing and managing a team of sales professionals, with a proven record of motivating, inspiring and getting the best of your people
  • This position is not required to reside in Illinois.

    This is a full-time position with an excellent comp package including salary, incentives, paid-for benefits, flexibility, and potential for huge growth.  We are unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time.

    Compensation details : 125000-150000 Hourly Wage
