Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties.
Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance.

To provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success by planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse array of tasks critical to the success of Enrollment Management and Student Success division functions.
This role is pivotal in managing special projects and ensuring the seamless operation of the front office and administrative activities.
With minimal supervision, take ownership of key responsibilities, including supporting students, faculty and staff, managing the Vice President’s calendar, organizing and scheduling meetings, overseeing complex budgets, maintaining comprehensive office files and systems, and generating detailed reports.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to contribute to the overall mission and success of the division. Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's / Required Qualifications · Extensive knowledge of administrative processes and office support functions, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with proven professional and interpersonal abilities in face-to-face interactions, phone communication, and email correspondence.

Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and webpages.· Quick learner with the ability to grasp, execute, and adapt to new concepts, processes, and electronic systems with ease.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additional Considerations
- College coursework preferred· Extensive experience in fiscal management of complex budgets and working with Excel· Extensive administrative experience in an academic or similar environment preparing executive level correspondence, summary reports and presentations· Demonstrable experience successfully working with multi-generational and diverse populations· Hands-on knowledge and use of a student information system (i.
