We are looking to hire an experienced SALESPERSON to join our growing team in Cartersville, GA.
What We Offer!
Base salary + uncapped commission to include 5% of revenue sold. There are no limits on your earning potential!

What You’ll Be Doing
Effectively deliver in-person sales presentation in compliance with established company procedures and standards
Maintain up-to-date calendar, be timely to appointments and responsive to customers and co-workers
100% focused on new business development, not servicing existing accounts
Making calls / emails in mornings, meetings generally 10am-2pm
Using company truck, marketing materials, samples for sales efforts
May occasionally assist on job sites in crunch situations
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Handle escalated customer service issues
Meet or exceed sales targets
Work effectively as part of a team and independently
Communicate clearly and collaborate with project managers and clients
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
What Makes YOU great!
You have a minimum 10 years of sales experience with recent experience in commercial roofing systems
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
