Job Requirements :

Our agency client is looking for a Full-Time Associate Creative Director to join their team. Please note this person will only be working around 30 hours a week;

however, they will be salaried and will be able to take advantage of all benefits. This role is hybrid flexible with 2-3 days in the client's office in the historic Third Ward.

Their office is equipped with high-end and modern technology like VR / AR equipment, a 3D Printer, and an Arcade! This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Creative Director who is looking to join an agency that is rapidly growing.

Requirements of the Associate Creative Director :

• 8+ years of Agency experience; storytelling, brand creative, and ideally digital / virtual / experience design bringing a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position.
• Experience leading and managing creatives to powerful results; experience collaborating successfully as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work; ideally B2B - Financial Services, Automotive, and / or Manufacturing clients.
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.

Associate Creative Director Responsibilities :

• Applying strong visual design and storytelling from concept development to final execution.
• Developing and executing creative strategies that align with the client's overall brand vision.
• Leading and mentoring a team of creative professionals.
• Overseeing the Creative Team's production from concept development to final execution.
• Ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Making strategic recommendations and fostering collaborative conversations.
• Working seamlessly with all internal teams / departments; being the voice of the creative team for both internal and external audiences.
