Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the luxury automotive market.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase inventory turnover and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
- Strong understanding of the luxury automotive market, particularly Audi.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
