Description

Continental Properties is looking for a Regional Director to join our Michigan Operations team.

Are you an experienced leader in property management looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities?

As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing your growing portfolio of communities. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

You will provide guidance and leadership to onsite Community Managers, ensuring compliance with our company values and operating procedures, while fostering a positive living experience for residents.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance of properties within the region
  • Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process, ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
  • Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Analyze community performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery

Skills for Success :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, with prior experience in a regional leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
  • Proficiency in property management software platforms such as RealPage, MRI, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
