Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without defined processes and procedures.
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide support to the company's current CEO, who will be retiring.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Independently manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and events
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Conduct research and gather information for a variety of topics
- Assist with special projects and assignments
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting high level executives and / or acting as office manager
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and take initiative - self-starter and resourceful - without defined processes and procedures.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves - no assignment is too big or too small
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation Range : Pay Range - Start :
Pay Range - Start : $68,320.00
$68,320.00
Pay Range - End : $126,880.00
$126,880.00
Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate;
the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Please note that the salary range listed in the posting is the standard pay structure. Positions in certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on the standard pay structure based on the location.
