Lead the way in IT infrastructure management as our Regional IT Infrastructure Manager!
Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others :
- IT quality management and SLA monitoring, including escalating process
- User support, (back up) purchasing, research and distribution of equipment and accessories, invoice approvals, maintaining relationships with the providers and occasional meetings as well as the local phone system and billing
- Change Requests or special orders placed for moves, opening and closing of new locations
- Central order management assistance with the ordering process
- IT Cost Controlling, periodic distribution of hardware inventories as well as name changes via the Asset Tool
- Support and rollout of new projects, liaising and coordination of a project from start to finish via gathering and distribution of information
- All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements :
- High school diploma / GED required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree desirable
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology required
- IT background required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and Spanish language desirable
- Computer literate as expert
- Excellent analytical skills
