Summary : Following project delivery best practices and frameworks, the Project Manager, Distribution Execution is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects and related statements of work.

The project manager will coordinate people, processes, and technology to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to project objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global, enterprise application projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Work with internal and external teams on solution delivery for e-commerce and B2B distribution operations with expert approach to change management, training, and key performance indicator definition and tracking for the project(s) and user(s).
• Effectively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, facilitate communication and drive consensus throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new OMW / WMS / TMS functionalities and / or process changes within the organization.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, including project status updates, milestone achievements, and issue resolutions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field required.
• 8+ years experience in IT related project management, with a focus on supply chain operations and ERP / WMS projects for Direct to Consumer and Business to Business Fulfillment.
• Strong preference for experienced in operations utilizing SAP ERP and Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System.
• Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse management systems, and inventory management principles.
• Up to 10% travel may be required as needed by project work.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
