Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English / Spanish) Shipping / Receiving Coordinator in Chicago, IL 60632 .

This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Shifts and pay :

1st Shift : 8 : 15am-5pm Monday Friday, overtime will be offered

$18.00 / hr.

Job Summary :

• Inspect the material of each pallet and enter the information into the ERP system. Put the corresponding label into each Gaylord box.
• Inspect the trailer / containers conditions and photo records.
• Have no issues communicating with the drivers in a professional manner.
• Verify and keep records on outgoing shipment and prepare items for shipments.
• Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Duties as assigned.

Experience / Education needed :

• Must be able speak Spanish and English.
• Must be able to pass a background screening and random drug testing
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Physical labor daily
• This is the stand up 8 hours position.
• Able to perform general math
• Able to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work on weekends and / or overtime
