Grow and thrive as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant with a human service agency focused on maximizing potential! NFI Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled task manager such as yourself to be part of a dynamic HR team.
The HR admin will support a variety of personnel related administrative duties as well as work with program managers to ensure payroll is timely and accurate.
They will also work with program managers to ensure job postings are current, that new applicants are screened, and they will assist in on-boarding new employees.
They will support the agency’s recruiting processes including attending actual and virtual job fairs, and coordinating the intern program.

Qualified candidates will possess :
- Strong work ethic, communication and organizational skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer / technology skills including comfortability with social media.
- Professionalism and ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Two years of relevant experience or an Associate Degree.
- Experience working with people in human / social services, healthcare, or related industry preferred.
- Bilingual in other languages preferred, but not required.
Compensation and hours :
- Hourly pay $24
- 40 hours per week (fully in person)
