Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Coordinate inventory receiving and manage inventory in coordination with central supply chain teams
- Full time position
- Potential for professional growth and development within the organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate supply information into business useable information to our business teams
- Coordinate supply with central, monitor inventory levels
- Animate a portion of the S&OP with marketing and sales teams
- Analyze service, lost Sales and Out of Stock
- Find source problem for Out of Stock and Lost Sales and suggest processes to avoid future problem
- Check Inventory health : overstock, top DOI, inventory without needs or without transactions
- Implement processes to reduce risk of unhealthy inventory
- Obsolescence : analyze items with short term obsolescence, possible returns, suggest ways to use items, prepare destruction list

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in supply chain management / business topics
- Two to five years logistics experience
- Very strong analytical skills
- Well-organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Ease with large databases and numbers
- Excellent analytical and excel skills
- Willingness to find core problems and drive solutions
- Experience with inventory management (optional)
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with all departments and France,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AX or ability to learn it quickly
Additional Information
Hybrid position 3x / week in the office. Travel / meetings in NY twice a month.
LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range $77,000.00 - $90,000.00.
