Our client is a software company. They seek a Head of Marketing E-commerce to join their West Palm Beach, FL office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of ten to drive marketing and e-commerce growth
- Liaise with Fintech, Marketplace, UX, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Design and implement quarterly marketing objectives aligned with goals
- Lead marketing strategies across direct response, email, social media, and SEO
- Oversee brand positioning and content creation by providing creative direction
- Supervise the marketing team by defining brand guidelines and giving feedback
- Uphold a consistent brand experience that supports both commerce and ad sales
- Optimize resource allocation by deciding when to utilize internal vs external tools
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in multiple marketing disciplines
- Proven success leading a fast-growing marketing organization
- Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts
- Direct-to-consumer and e-commerce experience
- Demonstrated success in direct response, email, social, and affiliate marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, analytical, and keen attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and technically savvy
