Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery showrooms is currently seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to cover the San Diego, Inland Empire, and Hawaii markets for our Residential Building and Remodel Customer Group.

Position Details
- Reports into the Senior Director of Residential Building and Remodel Customer Group for Southern California and Hawaii
- Direct oversight of 5+ Ferguson Showrooms within the San Diego, Inland Empire, and Hawaii Markets
- Direct oversight of 5+ Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Management team
- Direct oversight of Ferguson's Multifamily and Production Sales Team within the geography
- Position will preferably be based out of the San Diego area or adjacent communities
- Market opportunity of $100m+
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Ferguson’s Residential Building and Remodeling Sales Strategy in our Showrooms and in the field
- Execute sales strategy in markets with collaboration from Outside Sales Representatives and Showroom Managers
- Mentor, coach, and develop Showroom Leaders and Outside Sales Team
- Engage in event marketing to attract and maintain relationships with leading Architects, Builders, Designers and key vendors
- Accompany sales representatives on existing accounts and potential new customer calls
- Responsible for the overall Showroom experience including associate engagement and customer experience
- Attract top talent for all roles within the marketplace and develop leaders for the future
- Provide leadership and input for pricing proposals and strategic plans for large customer accounts
- Supervise sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results, and customer preferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years sales leadership and 5+ years director or executive level sales management experience in a related industry
- Prior knowledge of Residential Building and Remodeling products and services is preferred
- Familiarity with markets and business units within the assigned geography is a plus
- Desire to be a hard-working compassionate leader and mentor
- Ability to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver effective presentations
- Understanding the professional customer needs in a complex work environment
- Constructive and empathetic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Excel and PDF
- Ability to travel throughout the Southern California and Hawaii markets with overnight travel, including occasional weekends

Pay Range : $8,745.30 - $19,057.50
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
