Automotive New Car Manager - General Motors / Cadillac

Motor Werks Cadillac, a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a talented and experienced Automotive New Car Manager to lead our new car sales department.

Position Overview :

As the Automotive New Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire new car sales operation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and create an outstanding buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the new car sales department, driving performance and achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new car sales and market share.

Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a luxury brand.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in using automotive sales software and tools.

Knowledge of new car inventory management and pricing strategies.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
