GCBHS is seeking a highly creative and innovative individual for a part-time (15 hours per week) Social Media - HR Co-op position.
The ideal candidate would join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives.
This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with occasional onsite responsibilities at our Cincinnati office location. This role is ideal for college students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Marketing, with a strong interest in Human Resources.

Use creative methods to deliver key messages about the organization's mission and culture. Create engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent.
Create and manage digital content for social platforms, supporting outreach efforts to attract top talent. Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, both virtually and in person, representing the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements for Social Media HR Co-op : Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with social media strategy and content management.
Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing. Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
