AGBO is looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Legal Officer and the Legal and Business Affairs team.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various demands and shifting priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the calendars for the Chief Legal Officer and the SVP, Business Affairs
- Schedules meetings and arranges logistics, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure smooth execution of meetings and events
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of executives' obligations in order to proactively flag and resolve conflicts and make changes as needed
- Make travel arrangements and submit expense reports on behalf of the executives
- Act as liaison between the executives and internal and external contacts
- Follow up with various departments to ensure that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated in a timely manner
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least 3- 5 years experience as an executive assistant preferably in the entertainment industry or a legal environment
- Has experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Must possess an eye for detail and be an independent creative problem solver
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and extremely well organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must have a strong work ethic, sense of humor, and an eagerness to learn
