Ideal for someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with document management systems, this role involves working directly with the Operations Lead and playing a key role in a range of administrative tasks, contributing significantly to the smooth operations of our firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work directly under the guidance of the Operations Lead to support operational strategies and activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams for daily tasks and communication.
- Manage and operate document management systems efficiently.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Electronically uploading and managing documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available and functional.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.
Required Skills :
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
- Experience with document management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Previous experience working directly with an Operations Lead or similar role.
