Job Title : Project Manager
Duration : 12+ Months
Location : Cary, NC (Hybrid)
Competitive Payrate range : $45-$50 / hr on W2
Hybrid in office 8 days a month (2 days / week on-site)
Targeted Years of Experience : 5-7 years
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
- Interface directly with Federal customers & management at multiple levels
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments : Sales, Ordering, Implementation, Tracking, Billing, Systems.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
- Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
- Interface with internal / external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Drive timely delivery of results in accordance with project timelines, working through any hurdles that may arise.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :
- Bachelors Degree & at least 5 yrs Demonstrated experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
- Strong demonstrated Communications skills, dealing with key customers at management levels both written and verbally.
- Familiarity with VOIP telecommunications services.
DESIRED SKILLS :
List skills that are not required to perform the role, but would be helpful and in some cases could supersede a missing "must-have" skill.
- A current PMP certification.
- A strong working ability with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Demonstrated success in motivating & influencing teams to deliver outcomes and results.
- Strong familiarity with telecom tools and products
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree
PMP Certification - preferred
