Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
Interface directly with Federal customers & management at multiple levels
Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments : Sales, Ordering, Implementation, Tracking, Billing, Systems.
Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
Interface with internal / external stakeholders on a regular basis
Drive timely delivery of results in accordance with project timelines, working through any hurdles that may arise.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :
Bachelor’s Degree & at least 5 yrs Demonstrated experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
Strong demonstrated Communications skills, dealing with key customers at management levels both written and verbally.
Familiarity with VOIP telecommunications services.
DESIRED SKILLS :
A current PMP certification.
A strong working ability with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Demonstrated success in motivating & influencing teams to deliver outcomes and results.
Strong familiarity with Client's tools and products
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree - minimum
PMP Certification preferred

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
