We are seeking a passionate, experienced Manager to lead our team and ensure our spa maintains its reputation for excellence.
Job Summary :
As the Spa Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa, ensuring seamless customer service and venue excellence.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 20+ staff members to achieve operational success while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Front of house training & shift management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times, with particular attention to VIP clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial targets, increase client satisfaction, and optimize operational performance.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of the spa, from client experience to facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams to promote services and drive business growth.
- Payroll processing.
- Scheduling, appointment tracking.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships, inventory, and products.
- Address client communications in a professional and timely manner, ensuring swift resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the luxury spa, beauty, salon industries.
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile and VIP clients.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with high-value spaces, luxury brands, or similar environments.
- Proficient in business management software and spa-specific software (Wix, Booker, Mindbody, Classpass).
- Can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- A passion for wellness, spa services, and luxury client experiences.
