Job Title : Division Controller

Location : Bothell, WA, 100% in-office with free onsite parking!

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000 base + lucrative annual bonus

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible)

Work Environment : 100% in-office

Responsibilities :

• Enforce operating procedures and policies
• Manage banking activities and financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting and financial projections
• Handle month-end close processes
• Implement pricing strategies
• Conduct field visits Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8 years of related experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; JD Edwards experience preferred Ideal Candidate :
• Experience in the home building industry preferred
• Ready for career advancement
