We're looking for an Online Community Coordinator to join our team at Refer.io. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our online community, organizing weekly Zoom calls, managing content and interactions on our community platform, and providing top-notch support to our members.

A Day in the Life :

As an Online Community Coordinator, your day will revolve around ensuring our community runs smoothly and remains engaged.

You'll start by organizing and managing the weekly Zoom calls, preparing agendas, and ensuring everything is set up for success.

After the call, you'll use the transcript to create a summary post for the community and email updates to those who couldn't attend.

Throughout the week, you'll create and post engaging content that answers questions, sparks discussions, and keeps the community active.

You'll also manage member access to information and AI tools via Skool, and provide email and chat support to help members with any issues or questions they have.

Your role is essential in maintaining a connected and informed community.

What You'll Need to Be Able to Do on Day One :

  • Confidently manage Zoom meetings, including scheduling and hosting.
  • Use tools like Skool to organize and manage community content and member access.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through email and chat support.

What You'll Learn in the First 90 Days :

  • Best practices for online community management and engagement.
  • Techniques for creating content that drives interaction and provides value.
  • How to manage and optimize member access to AI tools and community resources.
