Govig Healthcare Group, the premier executive search firm in post-acute care, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director in St. Louis, MO for a progressive skilled nursing organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate billing and timely collections.
Duties :
- Establish policies and procedure for billing and collection
- Assists with hiring, onboarding, training, and continuing professional development
- Timely billing and collections of Medicaid, Private Pay, and Hospice
- Ensures successful Medicaid application process is in place at all locations
Skills :
- Proficiency in PointClickCare
- Prior experience in SNF(skilled nursing facility) revenue cycle role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
