We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
Processing and flow of all invoices including G&@ and project-specific invoices.
Receiving all daily incoming mail, stamping, and distributing as required to AP personnel.
Preparing all invoices for approvals on a weekly basis.
Receiving and filing incoming preliminary notices for tracking by project and vendor.
Processing invoices timely for draw and payment including but not limited to :
Verification of contract and / or payment schedule
Receipt of proper lien releases from subcontractors and processing of joint checks as required.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in Construction Accounts Payable is required.
Knowledge of lien releases and preliminary lien requirements.
Knowledge of contracts ad contact requirements.
JD Edward's experience is preferred but not required
Pay Rate Range : $25.00 - $29.00 / hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
