Our client, a well-established drilling / contractor company with over 50 years in business, located in Ringoes, NJ is seeking an Construction Office Administrator to join their team.

The Construction Office Administrator will be responsible for providing support to a small, but busy construction environment.

This position is full time and is fully on site.

This is a full time position.

Pay Rate : $20 / hr.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and month-end reports.
  • Process payroll and prepare certified submissions.
  • Generate weekly payroll reports ensuring compliance.
  • Assist with project documentation and job progress reports.
  • Manage job files, Certificates of Insurance, and state paperwork.
  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars, often after hours.
  • Track employee certifications and manage OSHA reporting.
  • Identify potential jobs and prepare bidding materials.
  • Perform receptionist duties and other office tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Sage is a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll, accounting, and construction processes preferred.
