Position Overview The Entry Level Marketing Assistant is a vital part of our marketing and advertising department. This entry-level role includes a comprehensive training program covering marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.
Upon completion of the training, successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department.
This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager . Key Responsibilities Support the daily development and execution of assigned event campaigns.
Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts. Develop essential leadership and interpersonal skills for long-term success.
Drive sales through engaging retail promotional event campaigns. Build brand awareness through customized marketing strategies at local events.
