Job Summary : The Talent Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of talent management strategies and programs within the organization.

This role involves analyzing data related to employee performance, engagement, development, and retention to provide insights that inform talent management decisions.

The Talent Management Analyst works closely with HR leadership, talent management teams, and business units to ensure that talent strategies align with organizational goals and drive employee growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to talent management, including employee performance, engagement, development, and retention metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key talent management metrics and provide visibility into talent trends.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to HR leadership and business stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Talent Program Support :

  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management programs, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform the development and improvement of talent programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent programs and make recommendations for enhancements based on data analysis and feedback.

Performance Management :

  • Analyze performance management data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure that performance management practices align with organizational objectives and support employee development.

Succession Planning and Talent Development :

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of succession plans for key roles within the organization.
  • Analyze talent data to identify high-potential employees and support their development through targeted learning and development programs.
  • Provide insights into talent gaps and risks, and recommend strategies to address them through succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Retention :

  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and other feedback to identify factors that impact employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Monitor retention metrics and provide recommendations to improve employee retention, particularly in key roles and high-potential talent.

Collaboration with HR and Business Units :

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their talent management needs and challenges.
  • Provide data-driven support and insights to help business units develop and implement effective talent strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between talent management initiatives and business goals.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and HR analytics.
  • Participate in professional development and training to enhance talent management skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Compliance and Reporting :

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to talent management.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR data privacy laws and ensure that all talent management data handling practices comply with legal requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent management, HR analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
