Job Description

Shift : Wednesday Saturday 6am-430pm

Manager Updates

• Chance for conversation to perm
• Day to Day : cleaning and mopping cleanrooms, stocking gowning materials, will be in a gown head to toe at all times, cleaning laboratory dishes, trained on autoclave
• Must be gown certified
• Highly prefer some’ GMP experience as job is heavy in documentation if they don’t have GMP they will need some type of background where they perform documentation activities
• Highly prefer some previous clean room

Description

• Complete processes relevant to the manufacture of Functional Cosmetic Ingredients in accordance with manufacturing schedules under minimum supervision
• Assist in the manufacture of solutions used in production and processing of raw materials.
• Sample by-products using standard methodologies.
• Complete all relevant documentation compliant with cGMP and GDP guidelines

Main Areas of Responsibilities

• Ensure the washroom, downstream processing laboratories, deionized water systems, and other production areas are well maintained and organized daily.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and limited troubleshooting of components used in the production of Functional Cosmetic Ingredients.
• Operate sonic bath, washers and sterilizers
• Ensure the proper sterilization of autoclavable materials for all site operations
• Assist in the organization and storage of consumable materials used for downstream processes
• Provide support to warehouse personal
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Years of experience / education and / or certifications required :

• Highschool Diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
