Litigation Associate Attorney Job Description
A well-recognized, prestigious Sarasota law firm with an outstanding reputation for providing superior legal services has an opening for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of general commercial and / or civil litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have litigation experience primarily in the areas of construction, business, real estate, mortgage foreclosure, contract law, landlord tenant, trusts / probate, personal injury, and general commercial representation.
Active Florida Bar membership and successful employment history is required.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and professionals
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
