The candidate will have extensive document review and will assist in case law research. Responsibilities include preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law, as well as client relations and communications.
The role involves deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance, along with reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues.
Construction litigation experience is highly preferred. Membership in the Florida Bar is required, and experience in Business Litigation / Construction Litigation is essential.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Summation, and document management system- File Site is preferred.
