Global Fortune 500 organization is looking to expand their team with the addition of Compensation Analysts. The analysts will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support business objectives, including analysis of jobs, hourly wages / salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices.
They will be working directly with the compensation manager to help with day-to-day maintenance and regular analysis of compensation data across the entire company.
Job Description :
- Supports the Business in all operational areas of compensation including, but not limited to compensation system administration, annual compensation cycle process, reporting and reconciliation etc.
- Utilizes advanced excel, access and business objects skills to create various compensation reports and analysis. Applies judgment when interpreting compensation reports and results.
Identifies inconsistencies in data or results.
- Assists with the management of total reward related projects and initiatives
- Ensures compliance with local regulatory policies and procedures
- Supports audit control process and reviews. Works with the businesses to coordinate deliverables required for internal and external audits.
- Analyzes diverse and high-volume data; articulating the results of analysis along with providing suggestions to resolve an issue or improve a process.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience specifically within Compensation Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Math or another related field required
- Advanced degree or certifications preferred
- Advanced Excel
- HR analytics experience a plus
- Must be able to present and communicate confidently to senior leadership
- Bilingual English / Spanish REQUIRED
