Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving company-wide technology initiatives while leading and mentoring a high-performing IT team?
As the Director of Information Technology at Gemini Legal, you’ll shape and execute the company’s technology strategy, spearheading projects that improve infrastructure, security, and operational efficiency.
This role involves leading complex IT projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring business continuity, all while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on innovation and problem-solving.

- Location : Hybrid-remote based out of our Rocklin, CA office
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Compensation : $145,000-$179,000 / year
- Travel : Occasional travel may be required (anticipated up to 10% of working hours)
Requirements :
- BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a related position
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience
- Professional certifications related to IT, Information Security are a plus
- Highly functional in high pressure, high stress situations
- Ability to manage and inspire teams from a leadership position
- Empathic and pragmatic approach to resolving conflict
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Able to understand the big picture of how proposed IT solutions and recommendations impact the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Proficient using a computer, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.
Microsoft applications, Zoom, Asana, and more
- Familiar with ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, or other defined security related standards
- Clean driving record
- Experience working in an office setting
- Exceptional teamwork
- Leadership related experience (10+ years leading a team)
Functional Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to :
- Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total : 2-4 hours / day)
- Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total : 2-4 hours / day)
- Using communication applications with or without a headset for extended periods (total : 2-4 hours / day)
- Driving for extended periods of time, up to 2-4 hours in a day and up to 50-100 miles on occasion
