Every service business needs AskNicely they just don’t know it yet. We’re relaunching our go-to-market strategy with ambitious goals heading into 2025, and to achieve these, we need a creative and strategic Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive our paid campaigns, generate compelling content, and optimize conversions.

As part of a lean marketing team, you’ll work closely with external partners to identify high-leverage opportunities, generate engaging content, and drive demand through strategic planning and hands-on execution.

What you'll do :

As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will lead our demand generation efforts by planning, ideating, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Campaign Ideation & Content Creation : Lead the creative process for campaign development, including brainstorming new campaign ideas, crafting compelling messaging, and developing content across channels such as social media, display ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage SEM, display, social, retargeting, and other paid media campaigns in collaboration with agency and consultant partners, ensuring that each campaign aligns with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Lead Nurturing & Engagement : Set up and optimize lead magnets, chatbots, and email drip campaigns to nurture prospects and drive engagement, including tracking micro-conversions and managing lead scoring.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Set up and manage analytics tools to measure campaign performance, funnel metrics, ROI, and other KPIs to inform future strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales Enablement : Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth hand-offs, consistent follow-up, and alignment on lead qualification and campaign effectiveness, providing them with the content and tools needed to engage prospects effectively.

About You :

You are a creative marketer with a passion for ideating, creating, and executing high-impact campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You excel at turning ideas into action and love working cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life. You are comfortable juggling multiple projects and enjoy using data to refine and improve campaign outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns, including content ideation, SEM, display, and social media.
  • Proven track record of generating creative campaign ideas and producing compelling content across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of website conversion optimization and lead generation tactics for B2B technology companies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to keep multiple initiatives on track.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across sales and marketing teams.
