As Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for leading our bold growth plan for our e-commerce division which includes strategizing, planning, and executing the strategy across all three channels of business for Corporate Client and our customers to drive profitable growth.
This entails all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform, and digital development.
In this critical leadership role, you will collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure cross-channel alignment in customer experience, strategy, and branding.

You will be responsible for the following :
Develop an e-commerce strategy across brands for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels
Help drive and develop platforms and tools in conjunction with IT, Marketing, and Product Management to grow e-commerce revenue successfully and securely
Collaborate across the organization to drive strategy implementation and consistent digital execution
Identify opportunities to build relationships with channel partners via digital action
For pure-play sites, oversee online customer acquisition strategies (e.g., SEO / SEM) and efforts to optimize site performance;
develop and implement strategies to create a leading digital customer experience
Define and develop digital sales strategy in cohesion with overall seamless sales strategy and brand vision
Drive the development of sales growth across new and existing markets
Improve and innovate the whole e-commerce experience to optimize selling
Optimize the customer offer by driving customer, web, and sales analysis
Monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and implement upcoming trends and developments
Drive unique digital activities via Ecommerce teams around the world
Ideal background would be-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; advanced degree / MBA preferred
10+ years of experience driving growth within both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels (e.
g., wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce / digital, etc.)
Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across business units and regions
Expertise in digital / e-commerce strategy development and implementation
Business and marketing background with experience in digital development and sales optimization
Proven ability in building, leading, coaching, developing, motivating, and inspiring a large team with a global outlook
Proven results of increasing online sales
Hands-on manager with superb analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to inspire team members, influence stakeholders, and drive creative solutions
Experience being an agile part of a management team as a thought leader in the e-commerce space
Excellent brand ambassador
