Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Location : Monroe, WI

Sign-On Bonus : $6,000

Shifts Available :

• 2nd Shift | 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
• 3rd Shift | 9 : 00 PM – 5 : 30 AM
• One weekend shift per month required
• Shift Differentials : 10% (2nd Shift), 15% (3rd Shift)

Position Overview :

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations, including preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and facility upkeep. The role is ideal for someone who works well independently, demonstrates strong technical aptitude, and is committed to safety and reliability.
