Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Architect to join our team to support our government clients.

The ServiceNow Architect works in collaboration with teams across the business to support clients looking for creative solutions! As a ServiceNow Architect you will work on full application architecture and development lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will :

• Establish system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems
• Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
• Ensure these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, as they apply to the implementation and specification of information management solution of the application platform, across the API, and the external environment / software application
• Ensure that the common operating environment is aligned with the Agency enterprise architecture and applicable reference models
• Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action
• Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Proven experience in delivering high value solutions from your customer’s perspective (have a minimum CSAT score of 8 / 10) with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and operational execution
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with multiple ServiceNow implementations in the ServiceNow Administrator role
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist with multiple ServiceNow implementations / staff positions in the ServiceNow Implementer role in the areas of Project Portfolio Management and Application Portfolio Management
• Experience in providing technical guidance for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM platform product implementations of at least two (2) enterprise-wide platforms with combination of these platform products with 1,000+ users
• Experience in implementation and continued refinement of the technical and governance frameworks for an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform
• Experience in the effective use of the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM data models, and apply data governance strategies
• Experience in ServiceNow product development lifecycle processes
• Experience in Center of Excellence (COE) implementation and continuous optimization

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 155k 215K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
