As a Mechanical Installation Manager youproactively lead the team activities onsite. You are responsiblefor coordinating internal and external partners materialdisposition and tracking.
You are the point of contact between thecustomer on the construction site and our projectmanagement.
YOU ARERESPONSIBLE FOR :
Coordination and timemanagement of internal / external partners at the constructionsite.
Responsible for the quality of work on theconstruction site and ensuring compliance with customerspecifications including their continuous control and (ifnecessary) improvement.
Ensure the flow ofinformation on the construction site (internal external companiesand customers).
Preparation of status reports anddocumentation.
Work with the Project Managementteam to provide input with quote preparation asrequired.
Help establish new and maintainexisting standards and departmentprocedures.
YOURQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in mechanical engineering for the automotiveindustry.
Experience in the areas ofconstruction sites site management project work deadline trackingand work safety as well as experience in the planning installationcommissioning of systems in the automotiveenvironment.
Excellent interpersonalcommunication and collaboration skills
Strongcritical thinking and problemsolving skills with a mindset ofcontinuous improvement.
Selfmotivated andCurious; Ability and desire to independently learn and activelyseek newskills
